I don’t get my order till now
My MS trainer told me to get this specific set so I can use them at home too. I’ve had MS for 19 years and it’s so important for me to work hard to keep my strength up. It is the excercising that I do that has gotten me out of my wheelchair and now enables me to walk again!

This item is exactly what I was looking for. While the resistance bands are listed incorrectly as to what actually arrived in the mail for me (much higher weight than what's specifically stated here) they still work just as well. I really enjoy using this product. It arrived well packaged and easy to use. I'm already seeing results and this product is the perfect addition to my workout.
First time buyer as and for work out bands and I must state I am quite happy with the seller Yallahype. The package even included explanation on how to work out with the bands and provided a color guide which is very helpful since I don't know the first thing about a band work out. I decided to try the band work out since I read Tom Brady only used bands to work out. Great product try and you will receive the benefits of working out with bands and receive a different type of strength work out.
I love the bands. The quality of the product is great and you don't have a horrible smell like so many other bands. The bag to keep them in is the perfectly sized, which really matters more than you'd think--I've bought resistance bands before and the bag was always too small and aggravating. I had to leave them laying around instead of putting them up and keeping things neat.
